Airport Specialists, Inc. Sedan Service includes beverage service, color tv, and in-car mobile phone at rates slightly higher than taxi fares but less than typical stretch limousine services. Rates are based on mileage with no additional charges for multiple passengers. We provide transportation anywhere in the Rocky Mountain region, including major ski areas. Due to the security restrictions:
(1) secure your luggage from Baggage Claim, then
(2) proceed to the LIMO ground transportation booth outside Door 506 or 511
(3) Locate a ground transportation person (Provide your NAME & Airport Specialists) to call your LIMOUSINE up to the terminal.
RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS:
We prefer to have a days notice on trips, but we will attempt to handle
short notice trips with at least a one hour notice.
Reservation Cancellations between 10:00am & 2:00am cancellation with less than (2) two hours notice
will incur a Full Fare charge.
Reservation Cancellations between 2:00am & 10:00am cancellation with less than twelve (12) hours notice
will incur a Full Fare charge.
